We have created an innovative way for businesses and individuals to obtain legal services without paying exorbitant hourly fees. Our Plans offer Businesses a specific number of hours per month for a flat monthly fee. You will receive a certain number of hours dedicated to your Business each month, depending on the monthly service fee you choose to pay. Businesses can select the Plan that best fits their needs.

Businesses that utilize our Monthly Service Plans will actually retain our firm and its entire staff and associates and partner at a very reasonable monthly service fee. Rather than have a large firm that charges by the hour for every call, letter, or discussion about your Legal Issues or Business Matters or Life Estate Questions, our firm can become your Full-Service Business Counsel and Consultant and be at your service any time of the day at a fraction of the cost you would pay on an hourly basis​

Think of it as having a Full-service Legal Concierge on call. In addition to the special personal service offered by retaining our firm, you also have a Full-time Advocate working on your behalf literally 24/7 for all the important aspects of your Business and your Personal Life Estate matters.

FEE STRUCTURE

​Since you and your Business need to receive excellent legal services at a fair price, the method of payment that seems best for everyone and allows for long-term stability is a flat monthly fee. Normally, attorneys charge on an hourly basis at an average of $350.00 to $500.00 per hour.

We have Plans based on hourly commitments to you and your Business. Since we only work for a small, elite Group of Clients, we can devote the hours required to fulfill your business and legal needs without excessive invoicing.

Plan I: For the Entrepreneur Seeking Answers to Basic Questions.

$750.00 per month.

This Plan provides you with a minimum of two and one-half (2.5) hours a week, for a total of ten (10) hours a month. (At an hourly rate of $350.00, these services would normally cost $3,500.00. You realize a savings of $2,750.00.)

Plan II. For the Start-up Looking to Launch & Avoid the Pitfalls.

$1,500.00 per month.

This Plan provides you with a minimum of five (5) hours a week, for a total of twenty (20) hours a month. (At an hourly rate of $350.00, these services would normally cost $7,000.00. You realize a savings of $5,500.00.)

Plan III: For the Business Looking To Grow To The Next Level.

$2,400.00 per month.

This Plan provides you with a minimum of eight (8) hours a week, for a total of thirty-two (32) hours a month. (At an hourly rate of $350.00, these services would normally cost $11,200.00. You realize a savings of $8,800.00.)

Each of these plans runs for three (3) months and is reviewed at the end of that time.

Under this arrangement, our firm is available in “real-time,” except for certain unavoidable emergencies and necessary travel time for other Clients. There may be other costs involved beyond the flat monthly fees; for example, the normal cost of travel and related expenses, which you, the Client, would approve beforehand.We know you have lots of questions about Estate Planning.
