Mr. Fichera’s legal career is anchored by deep academic roots and a rich multidisciplinary background. Born and raised in Philadelphia’s West Oak Lane neighborhood in Mount Airy, he began his education at St. Raymond’s Grade School before attending Malvern Preparatory School. He then attended Villanova University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, followed by a Master of Arts in English. A passionate writer, his poetry was published in the Villanova Literary Magazine during his graduate studies.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Fichera spent three years as an educator in the Philadelphia School District, developing the clear communication and analytical skills that would later define his client-first practice. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a member of both the Law Review and the Moot Court Honor Society. Throughout his law school years, Mr. Fichera worked full-time as a Law Clerk in the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office, gaining intensive hands-on courtroom, litigation, and drafting experience before ever taking the bar exam.
